Hazardous Substances - Chapter 32 of 10 GCA - Health Safety.

This Chapter provides for the control of the use of and trading in hazardous substances as defined in section 1. The Director of the Department of Public Health and Social Services declare, by Regulation, other substances to be hazardous substances for purposes of this Chapter (sect. 2). Section 3 prohibits selected activities in respect of hazardous substances such as the manufacture, production, preparation, compounding, packing, selling, offering for sale or keeping for sale within the territ
