Under section 9, storage of hazardous substances is subject to authorization. Sections 10 to 17 are dedicated to the construction and operation of storage facilities for the storage of hazardous substances or waste dangerous goods. Among others, decommissioning of facilities is also regulated. The Regulation is completed by four Appendixes that designate, respectively, industrial hazardous substances, acute hazardous substances, environmental persistent or chronic hazardous substances and waste dangerous goods.
