These Regulations enter into force on 31 July 2003.
Abstract

These Regulations specify the circumstances in which genetic modification of an organism is a low-risk genetic modification and does not involve any of the developments specified in the Schedule. Categories of low-risk genetic modification are listed in regulation 5.
