It prohibits employment of anyone under eighteen years of age in any type of work involving slaughter house, taking care or feeding animals; concerning aquaculture; involving pesticides or chemicals for food processing; involving tobacco or tobacco products; grinding mill; commercial or deep-water fishing; involving boats or vessels; involving trudging through or plucking flowers in wet lands; scavenging of garbage or sewage or cleaning of canals or drainage; logging of wood or felling of trees and other activities mentioned therein. These regulations shall not apply to a young person who is an intern, apprentice or a trainee attached to any Government or Non-Governmental Institute or Technical College for the purpose of skills development.
