For the purpose of ensuring its revision, this Regulation expires on 31 May 2014.
Abstract

This Regulation consists of 48 sections divided into 5 Parts and regulates the marketing of hatching eggs. The Alberta Hatching Egg Producers is responsible for the administration of this Regulation. Part 1 deals with linceces, their issuance, renewal, refusal and related fees. Part 2 determined quotas and provisions for their allotment, transfer and revision. Part 3 deals with service charges and Part 4 addresses issues related to production. Among others, Part 5 prohibits the re-sale of hatching eggs and the re-hatching.
