Abstract

Article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance establishes that it is prohibited to put into circulation hatching eggs and fledglings. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Ban of circulation (1); Accompanying documents for fledgling (2); Monitoring by the Federal Office for Agriculture and Food (3); Penalties (4); Monitoring, obligations to tolerate and provide information (5); Entry into force (6). The Appendix is deleted.
