For the purpose of ensuring its revision, this regulation expires on 31 March 2018.
Abstract

This Regulation provides for the approval of flocks for hatchery supply. Section 3 indicates the reasons why the approval granted can be cancelled. In case of outbreak of a disease, the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Development is responsible for issuing instruction for the purpose of controlling the outbreak (sect. 5).
