Abstract

This Regulation concerns the licences required for the operation of hatcheries in the Province of New Brunswick. It defines the procedure and requirements for licences and their renewal, set requirement for hatchery premises and prescriptions for hatchery operations, brooding operations, testing, hatching eggs and chicks, packaging and marking. It also regulates inspections, seizure and detention and sets the hatchery supply flock policy.
