The competent authority shall constitute a town vending committee in each municipality and may constitute more than one town vending committees for each ward in each municipality. The certificate of vending issued for specific categories is specified in the text, subsection (1). Certificate shall specify the vending zone where vendors shall carry out their vending activities, days, timing, the conditions, restrictions and hygiene requirements subject to which they shall carry on such vending activities.
