Abstract

These Regulations establish the Harbour Board, defines its powers and duties, set out rules for certain activities in harbours and provide that no person shall use a vessel in harbour waters, unless he or she has first obtained from the Board a licence to use such vessel. Every licensed vessel authorized for to be used for fishing shall be marked in accordance with these Regulations. The Regulations also provides rules for the clean landing of fish.
