Abstract

The Law provides rules for the acquisition and keeping of dangerous animals for non-commercial purposes. The text lays out that the competent authority grants permission upon application for the keeping of dangerous animals if the owner can demonstrate the necessary reliability and sufficient knowledge regarding the care and keeping of the animals, and possesses the required facilities that ensure the animals cannot escape and that the keeping complies with animal welfare regulations. The text further elaborates on procedures to be taken for prevention of hazards and administrative offences. The text contains 4 Articles.
