The present Regulations enter into force on 8 September 2005.
Abstract

The present Regulations provide for the enactment of the Environmental Management and Protection Act applying to those halocarbons to which Part V of the Act refers. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to prohibitions regarding the purchase or use of halocarbons. The text – consisting of 18 sections – deal, inter alia, with the following matters: application, prescribed halocarbons, codes and provisions to be followed for prescribed equipment, prohibitions concerning sale
