Such requirements regard the use of traditional materials for hedges and fences, the preservation of existing drainage systems, the abstinence from the use of pesticides, lime and inorganic fertilizers, the conservation and maintenance of all streams, lakes, ponds existing on the land, the conservation of all broadleaved trees for which the beneficiary is responsible, etc. (11 regulations and a Schedule) Full text English Website www.opsi.gov.uk
