Abstract

The present Regulation enforces the Forest Health Protection Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the protection of trees against the infestation of gypsy moth. Section 3 establishes that all trees in the response zone are to be treated with Foray 48B that is to be applied by aerial application in accordance with a Pesticide Use Permit issued under the Pesticides Regulation. The text consists of 3 sections.
