Guidelines to promote measures on the natural development of flowing waters and lakes as well as on re-watering of moors.

Article 1 of the above-mentioned guideline establishes that the Land of Schleswig-Holstein shall grant subsidies aimed at promoting the natural development of flowing waters and lakes as well as the re-watering of moors. In order to receive the subsidy it is necessary to apply to the competent authority listing the related details of the project as set out in article 6.
