Abstract

These guidelines provide for the presence of T-2 and HT-2 toxin in cereals and cereal products. It consists of five sections: Purpose (1); General provisions (2); Requirements on food (3); Requirements on feed (4); and Measures to be taken (5). It also consists of Annex entitled Orientation Thresholds of Mycotoxins in cereals and cereal products. The purpose of the guidelines is to ensure the monitoring of food and feed made from processing of cereals or cereal products by the Food Agency of Georgia with the active participation of business operators.
