The present Guidelines enter into force on 1 January 2007.

Abstract

The purpose of the subsidy established by the above-mentioned Guideline is the promotion of activities of river development in order to restore and conserve the natural dynamic, structure and function of river landscapes through appropriate measure by the Lower Saxony Flowing Waters Programme and the Guidelines of the European Union to strengthen and conserve the sustainable development of rural space.
