Abstract

These Guidelines are formulated to inspect and detect the risk items according to the specified methods, systematically and continuously collect monitoring data and relevant information, so as to provide a scientific basis for comprehensively evaluating the safety level and change trend of market circulating food, do a good job in the risk assessment thereof, and formulate and implemente control measures. The Guidelines are applicable to the formulation and implementation of food safety risk investigation plan and the application of risk investigation results.
