Abstract

These Guidelines specify the key points of self inspection of food and food additive sales enterprises, including sales enterprise qualification, sales environmental conditions, incoming inspection, sales process control, product inspection results, storage and delivery control, product standard implementation, nonconforming product management and food recall, employee management, food safety accident handling and food additive seller management.
