Abstract

These Guidelines are formulated to scientifically guide meat processing enterprises to implement the requirements for the prevention and control of the covid-19 pneumonia epidemic. The Guidelines focus on making epidemic prevention and control requirements for the slaughter, segmentation, and storage processes with meat kept in fresh and low-temperature conditions.
