With the exception of vendors of agricultural and aquaculture products, all persons doing business at the public market shall obtain a business licence. All vendors shall obtain a Use Permit. The Chapter further defines the products that may be sold at the market and require vendors to comply with legislation concerning public health. The Manager shall be the main authority of the market.
