The powers of the Guam Economic Development Authority concern insurance for farmers and aquaculture operators against damages caused by natural catastrophes including pests and diseases affecting livestock, fish farming or cultivation of plants. The Revolving Fund shall be administered by the Guam Economic Development Authority Board of Directors. The Authority shall give preferential treatment to loans submitted regarding agriculture and aquaculture development, and shall encourage the development of agriculture and aquaculture.
