Abstract

Article 1 of the present Law establishes that extracting groundwater is subject to the payment of a fee as far as the purpose of such an extraction is destined to the public water supply. Article 2 lists exceptions to the levying of fees; for example, no fee is levied if the extracted water does not exceed 10 000 m3 in a calendar year. The present Law consists of 5 articles.
