The present Regulations enter into force on 22 July 1966.
Abstract

The present Regulations were made under the Ground Water Conservation Act which was repealed, but these Regulations continue under the Saskatchewan Watershed Authority Act, 2005. In particular, the Regulations lay down comprehensive provisions relating to issues concerning groundwater.
