Abstract

The above-mentioned plan – which may be cited as the “Ontario Greenhouse Vegetables Plan” – applies to the control and regulation in any or all respects of the production and marketing within Ontario of greenhouse vegetables, including the cases in which prohibition of such production or marketing obtains. There shall be a local board to be known as “Ontario Greenhouse Vegetable Growers” being composed of not more than 10 members. Producers are divided into District 1, made up of producers from the counties of Essex, Kent and Lambton, and District 2 made up of producers from all other parts of Ontario. Furthermore, there shall be a committee in each district to be known as the “District Greenhouse Vegetable Producers’ Committee. The text is composed of 14 sections.
