Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Natural Products Act. The purpose of the Plan is to control and regulate in any or all respects the marketing of all greenhouse vegetables sold in Nova Scotia. Section 4 establishes that the Nova Scotia Greenhouse Vegetable Marketing Board is hereby constituted and shall consist of every producer with a production area of 30,000 square feet. The text - consisting of 14 sections - deals with the composition, nomination, functioning, powers and executive of the Nova Scotia Greenhouse Vegetable Marketing Board.
