The purpose of the Plan is to control and regulate in any or all respects the marketing of all greenhouse vegetables sold in Nova Scotia. Section 4 establishes that the Nova Scotia Greenhouse Vegetable Marketing Board is hereby constituted and shall consist of every producer with a production area of 30,000 square feet.
