Section 4 establishes that for each reporting period, the operator of a regulated operation or reporting operation must, in accordance with the Regulations, submit a report respecting: a) the greenhouse gas emissions attributable to the operation for the reporting period, and b) any other matter prescribed for the purposes of this Act.
