Regulation 6 places restrictions on the slaughtering and offering for sale of green turtle meat. Sale or having in possession of more than two kilograms of turtle meat requires a valid butcher's license to be obtained from the Minister. No person shall at any time more than two kilograms of turtle meat and persons on outlying shall not possess more than two kilograms of salted turtle meat or other edible parts of a slaughtered turtle.
