Sources of energy are specified for the purpose of determining whether a measure is an energy efficiency improvement, i.e. measures that improve efficiency in a property in the use of biofuel, biomass, coal or petroleum products are energy efficiency improvements. Section 2(4)(a) of the Act, and articles 3 and 4 and the Schedule to this Order, define the class of energy efficiency improvements.
