Abstract

The present Regulations enact section 31 of the Lands Act. For the purpose of the present Regulations “grazing agreement” means an agreement by way of lease or licence for the purpose of grazing livestock. Section 3 lists the persons eligible for such an agreement. The text – consisting of 9 sections - deals with application, Director’s power to grant or refuse an agreement, lease or licence, notification to applicant in case of refusal and terms and conditions of a grazing agreement,
