Abstract

The present Regulation enacts section 8 of the Plant Protection Act. The Regulation lays down comprehensive provisions relating to the control of grapevine disease. The text consists of 4 sections as follows: Interpretation (1); Detention of grapevines (2); Inspector's power to order destruction (3); Power to destroy grapevines (4).
