Abstract

This Notice declares for a limited period seed cotton and seed cotton products to be controlled products in Zimbabwe. “Controlled product” means any agricultural product or any product derived therefrom declared by the Minister, in terms of section 29 of the Grain Marketing Act to be a controlled product. Different agricultural products may be declared by the Minister to be controlled products in different areas. The Grain Marketing Board shall trade in controlled products, provide storage, handling and processing facilities for controlled products and maintain stocks of controlled products. This Notice applies certain rules relative to contracting of controlled products.
