Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Natural Products Act. The purposes of this Plan are to control and regulate in any and all respects the marketing or production of Nova Scotia produced grain, including the prohibition of marketing or production in whole or in part. Section 4 establishes that the Nova Scotia Grain Marketing Board is hereby constituted. The text - consisting of 18 sections - deals with the composition, nomination, functioning, powers and executive of the Nova Scotia Grain Marketing Board.
