Abstract

This Order declares maize, maize meal, shelled groundnuts, unshelled groundnuts, Canadian wonder beans, haricot beans, mixed beans, sugar beans, velvet beans, cowpeas, sunnhemp, sunflower seed, sorghum, soya beans and seed cotton to be controlled products in the sense of the Grain Marketing (Acceptance Standards) Regulations in all areas described in the First Schedule. Maize, maize meal, shelled groundnuts, unshelled groundnuts and seed cotton shall be controlled products in the area described in the Second Schedule. Shelled groundnuts and unshelled groundnuts shall be controlled products in the area described in the Third Schedule.
