Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Natural Products Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to the Grain Marketing Board. In particular, section 2 establishes that all producers shall register with the above-mentioned Board. The Board may, from time to time at its discretion, advise the producers with respect to the planting of those varieties for which the best market potential appears to exist for the coming year. The text consists of 4 sections and 1 Schedule.
