This Governor’s Decree enters into force on the date of signature.
Abstract

The Governor, in order to prevent the importation and spread of new coronavirus infection caused by COVID-19, prohibits spring hunting in all the regional hunting grounds, except for protected areas of federal significance. The restrictions set out in this paragraph shall not apply to hunting for the purpose of regulating the number of hunting animals, hunting for the purpose of scientific research, educational activities and hunting for the purpose of ensuring the traditional economic activities of the indigenous peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation, and if hunting is carried out by persons who are not members of the aforesaid indigenous peoples’ communities but permanently reside in places of their traditional residence and traditional economic activity and for whom hunting is the basis of their subsistence.
