Abstract The Governor decrees to authorize the following types of hunting: (a) commercial hunting; (b) artisanal and sport hunting; (c) hunting for scientific research and educational purposes; (d) hunting for the regulation of the number of game; (e) hunting for acclimatization, repopulation and hybridization of game; and (f) hunting for the purpose of captive breeding. It establishes authorized hunting periods and prohibited hunting methods. In particular, following types of hunting shall be prohibited: (a) hunting of pheasant hens; (b) spring hunting for waterfowl and woodcock; (c) use of pointing dogs for hunting of ungulates; and (d) hunting for wild boar in the spring and summer periods, with the exception of live capture and shooting from towers located at a height of not less than two meters above ground level, which are manufactured by full-time employees of legal entities or individual entrepreneurs engaged in activities in the field of hunting management.
