This Governor’s Decree enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

The Governor decrees to authorize the following types of hunting: (a) artisanal and sport hunting; (b) hunting for scientific research and educational purposes; (c) hunting for the regulation of the number of game; (d) hunting for acclimatization, repopulation and hybridization of game; and (e) hunting for the purpose of captive or semi-captive breeding or keeping wild fauna species in artificial environment. Hunting shall be authorized in generally accessible hunting grounds and assigned hunting grounds. Hunting on the regional territory shall be performed in compliance with Hunting Regulations validated by Order No. 512 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology. Hunting for scientific research purposes, educational activities, regulation of the number of game, acclimatization and transfer for repopulation, ranching and captive breeding of wild fauna species in semi-captive conditions or artificially created environment shall be authorized during the entire calendar year.
