Abstract

The Governor decrees to authorize the following types of hunting: (a) commercial hunting; (b) artisanal and sport hunting; (c) hunting for scientific research and educational purposes; (d) hunting for the regulation of the number of game; (e) hunting for acclimatization, repopulation and hybridization of game; (f) hunting for the purpose of captive or semi-captive breeding or keeping wild fauna species in artificial environment. The Decree establishes authorized hunting periods, periods prohibited for hunting, and lists wild fauna species (game) authorized for hunting. In the process of hunting, the use of pneumatic hunting weapons is prohibited, with the exception of hunting for a squirrel, flying squirrel, chipmunk, turtle doves, hazel grouse, gray crow, magpie, jackdaw, black-throated thrush, snowbird, blackbird, red-winged thrush, song thrush and mistle thrush.
