Abstract The Governor decrees to authorize the following types of hunting: (a) commercial hunting; (b) artisanal and sport hunting; (c) hunting for scientific research and educational purposes; (d) hunting for the regulation of the number of game; (e) hunting for acclimatization, repopulation and hybridization of game; and (f) hunting for the purpose of captive or semi-captive breeding or keeping wild fauna species in artificial environment. Hunting shall be performed with the established limits and quotas. In the regional hunting grounds shall be prohibited hunting for female snowcocks and Caucasian blackcock. Capture and shooting of game are shall be performed so as to avoid cruel treatment of animals. This Governor’s Decree establishes authorized hunting periods for mammals and birds.
