Abstract

This Regulation establishes the modalities of licensing of veterinary practice in relation to veterinary services performed by legal entities and physical persons authorized to carry out veterinary practice. Licences shall be issued for: (a) manufacturing and trade of drugs; and (b) manufacturing and trade of animal feed. Licence holder may have several licences simultaneously for carrying out various types of veterinary activities. Licences shall be non-transferable and permanent. The Regulation contains the list of documents to be submitted by the applicant to the licensing authority and the form of licence (Annex).
