Abstract

The Government, having regard to the adverse epidemic COVID-19 (coronavirus infection) situation, has resolved: (a) to declare the tertiary (absolute preparedness) level of preparedness of the civil protection system; and (b) to declare quarantine on the entire territory of the Republic of Lithuania. Entry of cruise ships into Klaipėda State Seaport shall be prohibited. The activities of catering facilities, restaurants, cafes, bars, nightclubs and other entertainment venues shall be prohibited. The prohibition shall not apply in the following cases: (a) where food can be taken away or it can be otherwise delivered to natural and legal persons; (b) where catering is organized in open spaces. The activities of catering facilities, restaurants, cafes, bars, nightclubs and other entertainment venues shall be allowed from 8:00 to 22:00 hrs. The working time restrictions shall not apply in the cases: (a) of takeaway food or where food is otherwise delivered to natural and legal persons; and (b) where catering is organized in outdoor spaces.
