Abstract The Government resolves to establish a state register with the official name “State Register of Alcohol”, to approve the “Statutes for Maintenance of the State Register of Alcohol” (annexed) and to appoint the Ministry of Economic Affairs as the chief processor of the State Register of Alcohol and the private limited company Areto as the authorized processor of the State Register of Alcohol. Statutes for the maintenance of the state register of alcohol consists of VII Sections that contain 60 Articles. Section I lays down general provisions. Section II regards chief and authorized processor of the register. Section III establishes procedure for maintenance of the register. Section IV regards procedures related to incorrect registered data. Section V concerns access to the registered data. Section VI deals with supervision over the maintenance of the register.
