Governmental Ordinance No.909-r of 2004 regarding amendments to the Governmental Ordinance No.1947-r of 2003 regarding validation for the period of 2004 of total allowable catch (harvest) of aquatic biodiversity for industrial purposes in inland waters, territorial sea, continental shelf and EEZ of the Russian Federation in the Baltic sea, the Black sea, as well as in the Sea of Azov and in the Caspian sea and in the lower reaches of rivers flowing into seas (coastal fisheries), distributed among Russian regions which territories adjoin coastal zone.

Abstract

In the table “Baltic sea” of the Annex 1 to the Governmental Ordinance No.1947-r of 2003 the positions ”cod” and “herring (sprat)” acquire a new wording: “cod” 606,4 505 2424,5; “herring (sprat) “ 1560,2 6568,8 7168,5. The same table must be supplemented with the following footnotes 6 and 7: “6. Taking into consideration the decision adopted on 12 March 2004 by the International fisheries commission for the Baltic sea”; “7 Taking into consideration the objection of Russia accepted by the International fisheries commission for the Baltic sea regarding recommendation No.2 of the 29th session of the aforesaid commission.”
