Abstract

Premier orders to supplement Annex 1 of the Governmental Ordinance No.1946-r of 2003 with table No.4 regarding fisheries in the Caspian sea. The quotas are set for Russian sturgeon (15, 56 tons), stellate sturgeon (19, 78 tons). Annex 1 of the Governmental Ordinance No.1947-r of 2003 must be supplemented with table regarding fisheries in the Caspian sea. The quotas are set for Russian sturgeon (12, 42/6,16/90, 7 tons), stellate sturgeon (9, 57/4,74/69, 83 tons) and starlet (0, 064/0, 032/0, 469 tons).

Governmental Ordinance No.1947-r of 2003 regarding validation for the period of 2004 of total allowable catch (harvest) of aquatic biodiversity for industrial purposes in inland waters, territorial sea, continental shelf and EEZ of the Russian Federation in the Baltic sea, the Black sea, as well as in the Sea of Azov and in the Caspian sea and in the lower reaches of rivers flowing into seas (coastal fisheries), distributed among Russian regions which territories adjoin coastal zone.
