Abstract

The Premier orders to validate: 1) total allowable catch (harvest) of aquatic biological resources for proper consumption for indigenous scanty population and ethnic communities whose way of life, employment and economy is based on fisheries, to be distributed in quotas among the regions adjoining the sea coast (Annex 1); 2) total allowable catch (harvest) of aquatic biological resources for industrial fisheries in the inland waters, in the continental shelf and in the EEZ of the Russian Federation in the Baltic Sea, in the Black Sea, in the Sea of Azov and also in the lower reaches of the rivers flowing into seas (coastal fisheries), to be distributed among the regions adjoining the sea coast (Annex 2); 3) total allowable catch (harvest) of aquatic biological resources for industrial fisheries in the continental shelf and in the EEZ of the Russian Federation (except for the Baltic Sea and the Black Sea) and also in the fishing areas regulated by joint Russian-Norwegian fisheries commission (Annex 3); 4) total allowable catch (harvest) of aquatic biological resources for foreign fisheries established in accordance with the international agreements concluded by the Russian Federation (Annex 4); 5) total allowable catch (harvest) of aquatic biological resources for scientific research, educational and cultural purposes (Annex 5); 6) total allowable catch (harvest) of aquatic biological resources for stock enhancement and acclimatization (Annex 6); 7) total allowable catch (harvest) of aquatic biological resources for artisanal and sport fishing to be distributed among the regions adjoining the sea coast (Annex 7).
