The Ordinance enters into force on 1 August 2003.
Abstract

This Governmental Ordinance, which is composed of 18 articles and two Annexes, sets out rules for the control and eradication of bluetongue. Any individual or legal person keeping animals must immediately inform the competent authority in case of suspicion of outbreak of the disease.
