The Ordinance enters into force on 1 August 2003.
Abstract

With a view to protecting human health, this Ordinance sets out specific conditions for the production and placing on the market of fishery products intended for human consumption and live shellfish destined to direct human consumption or further processing before consumption. It is composed of the following Sections: (1) General provisions; (2) Fishery products; (3) Live shellfish; (4) Final provisions.
