Abstract

The Premier orders to set quota of total allowable catch of 205747,9 tons of the Pacific salmon in surface water-basins, internal sea, territorial sea and EEZ of the Russian Federation distributed in the following manner: 1). In surface water-basins, internal sea and territorial sea of the Russian Federation – 188247,9 tons in accordance with the Annex 1; 2). EEZ of the Russian Federation – 17500 tons; 3). Quotas for catch for scientific research, control and fish-farming purposes and quota setting for Japan on the basis of international fisheries agreement of the 12th of May 1985 distributed in accordance with the Annex 3.
