This Goversmental Order establishes the modalities and mechanisms of coordination and inter-departmental interaction between state bodies and local government for information of the population in the period of disasters and emergencies. The grounds for organization and performance of the information of the population shall be availability of information on forecast of disasters and emergencies, types and manifestation thereof that can cause damages to public health and environemnt. Information related to disasters and emergencies shall be tyransparent and open. Official information related to disasters and emergencies shall be disseminated through official communications in mass media.
